They took my money no questions asked, but when I tried to cash out, after I sent in all my information required to cash out, they locked me out of my account and will not give me the winnings or give me any reason why I was locked out. They refuse to talk to me or deal with the situation. PLEASE do NOT use Planet 7 Casino. They will take your money and rip you off, I’m reporting them as a SCAM and will post this on EVERY blog and review I can find. They NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. Low down thieves!
Im sry for ur experience at this casino i to feel they have ripped me off i won in sept 2019 and have yet to be paid. I get a new excuse and different reason everytime. I had sent and resent requested info numereous time. Hours spent sending and resending hours spent on live chat to get no where. I want this casino to be held accountable they are crooks but i dont know where to go from here
My withdrawel was approved 11 buisness days ago and I still haven’t recieved it and now they’ve closed my account so I can’t speak to online staff and they don’t reply to emails so communication is impossible. I just want my wothdrawel I am entitled to
I can sympathize with others who have been waiting a long time for their approved withdrawal request to be paid. I have been waiting almost 6 months. I continue to play because I am still being told I will be paid. I recently sent new documentation but am told it is not complete even tho it is everything asked for. Slotland pays once a week regular as clockwork. Why can planet7casino and slotsgarden not do the same.
I’ve been trying to get my winnings since MARCH of this year. Two months ago the told me a check would take too long so I requested it to be sent via Bitcoin. Still I’m being told it’s been escalated. I’ve s by several emails and have chatted with live support at least a 10 times and still I get a story about it being escalated to the finance department. This is a scam.

I requested a withdrawal for my winnings in mid-July! I follow up on the request weekly as I still have not received my check and it’s mid-oct! . This is obviously a scam and I do not even expect my winnings any more! They just continue to say “give us time”!! 3 months???? Unacceptable! They had no problem taking my money instantly!
